A business owner who took over the CEO role in a family business which evoluted in business size, but never adjusted well the organizational structure, processes and systems.

 

Bobby didn't had much experience running his company and how to design it for the future. He needed somebody at his side to help him to get comfortable in his new role, design the business transformation and take some tough decisions.

C. 2.600 m² film studio, incl. 14 production rooms

Impact

A lean organization by outsourcing and restructuring the old administrative and financial processes with annual savings of 275k.

 

Bobby gain better knowledge on how to run his business and design it for future business developments, plus he got much more experienced and happy within his CEO role.
